thank you for providing me with the ZIP file of the images directory.

Can you attach LocalSettings.php as well please here? Feel free to redact database access parameters from it.

For some extensions (like analytics one), you can add and edit its configuration via self-service. While you are enabling it, self-service asks for a configuration to be filled.
"Mobile web view" is available and enabled by default on all wikis which are hosted here.
For what isn't available via self-service, as Jeffrey said, you'll have to create a new ticket.

thank you so much for your response, as well as for providing me with the compressed ZIP file of the database.

You don't need to fill out the form again, as you've shared the file correctly.
Can you compress the "images" directory as well, and share it with me, like you did for the database?

"Premium import service" is a one-time service for migrating wikis from another provider, in case it is complicated for a customer.
We are offering migrations from other wiki-related softwares as well, that's the "Inter-software migration consulting" section on the page that you've linked.

We aren't offering access to the LocalSettings.php file at this moment, but you can change the settings of your wiki, enable/disable extensions, and do other things via our self-service portal (https://selfservice.mywikis.com).
Login parameters for it are the same as for this panel.

I'll make sure to get your account approved on the testing wiki.

Thank you Zoran for your clear and detailed response. Indeed I could have compressed it initially to save on space, just didn't think it was going to reduce the file size much. So now that I've done that, do I have to fill out the form again or just link it here?

Also, thanks for mentioning the premium import services. That sounds like something I would like to explore if it comes down to it. Is that related to this consulting service you guys do? For now, I am just exploring all the features MyWikis offers and getting my live HausaDictionary.com wiki imported like getting all the images and extensions over.

Do I have access to the LocalSettings.php file? I've installed the Extention:Popups (Preview) extension but don't know how to enable and configure it.

I've also requested an account for the MyWikis Testing wiki.

Hello Mahmud,
I can see that you have filled out the form.

Unfortunately, it isn't filled in the right way, so it needs to be done again, since the ZIP file that you have provided to us doesn't contain the actual wiki.

You can compress (ZIP) and upload the SQL file in the "ZIP file" field of the form. You can find the screenshot of the form attached, in order to avoid misunderstanding.
Also, we need you to compress (ZIP) the images directory, and give a link to it in the "Images ZIP link" field.

If you'd like for us to handle this process end-to-end, we offer premium import services starting at $50, which allows us to take care of everything for you.

Hello, finally able to access my wiki again on the back end. It's currently being hosted on a Akamai's Linode. Downloaded the wiki.sql file which is a whopping 4.95 GB. If I can get someone to walk me through how to seamlessly transfer everything over that would be great. Thanks!
