European credit card - payment not reflected on Client Panel invoice or credit card not updating

European credit cards are currently using a beta payments system. You may experience an unpaid invoice even after our system automatically collects the payment from your card. You may also experience credit cards not reflecting on our payments processor after updating it in the Client Panel. These two issues are known and are in the process of being addressed.

  • If your service gets automatically suspended but you have a fully paid transaction on your credit card, please immediately open a ticket and our billing department will get your wiki unsuspended immediately.
  • If your invoice is not updated after you have paid and see a transaction on your credit card, please disregard the unpaid invoice notice(s), as they will go away within a few days. Please do not create a support ticket regarding this issue.
  • If you have updated the card on file, please notify our billing department so we can propagate this information to our payments processor.
