Wikis are usually created immediately after payment. In fact, once you press submit, we'll begin the creation process, which usually takes a minute or two.
However, there are a few reasons wikis might not have been created immediately. They include:
- Something happened that requires manual attention. This is rare, but it might happen. In this case, we will create a support ticket under your account informing you that your wiki information has been received and will be created soon.
- Your payment hasn't been received or recorded yet. If a product requires immediate payment and you chose a payment method that isn't immediate, your wiki will be created once we verify you have made the payment. In other words, the wiki won't be created until the invoice is clearly marked as paid and "PAID" appears in green text. As of October 8, 2021, this applies to the EU/EEA/Swiss card and UK Bank Account payment method.
