Paying with PayPal

As of January 8, 2021, clients who have paid at least one billing cycle with a credit/debit card or bank transfer can use PayPal to pay for their subscriptions instead.

Follow these instructions to start paying with PayPal:

  1. To pay with PayPal, please contact our billing department and request that we change your invoice to be billed with PayPal.
  2. Once we've done this, log in and go to your Invoices.
  3. Visit the unpaid invoice.
  4. The invoice should have a PayPal option selected. (DO NOT change it to credit/debit card, or else you will not be able to change it back and our billing staff will have to change it back for you.)
  5. Press Pay with PayPal.
  6. After authorizing with PayPal, we'll be able to charge against your PayPal balance.

Currently, all payments made via PayPal must use USD. Please use another payment method should you wish or need to use another currency.
