If someone else manages the billing for you, please create them a new account by visiting https://panel.mywikis.net/clientarea.php?action=contacts. Be sure to tick the box that looks like this:
Tick to configure as a sub-account with client area access
This new sub-account will be able to log in with their own credentials to access your services. By granting them access, you authorize them full access to your billing information and your wiki subscription. Please be careful and only grant people access if you are comfortable with granting them this access.
